How I Work
As your therapist, I provide you with a supportive, confidential, private, and safe space for us to explore the thoughts, feelings, and circumstances that you find distressing and difficult.
My clients want ‘realism,’ a connection and rapport without judgement, without assumptions and without being stereotyped or “put into a box.” This enables them the safety, confidence and space to explore, reflect and come to a mind resolve, an emotional resolve and a spiritual resolve be it short or long term.
We find ways of working together, not necessarily to fix a problem but to manage it, cope with it and even break it!
In return I offer transparency and congruency, unconditional positive regard and empathy. Who am I? What am I? Where am I at? Is a constant chase for us. My experience guides me to work with clients initially with How am I?
